ROC is a unique service offered by Telemed Providers to help Teleradiology companies and Radiology groups manage their workflow in a very cost effective way.
ROC includes a wide range of remote services for Teleradiology companies and Radiology groups including front office service and Teleradiology call center during working hours, after hours and overnight, PACS/RIS system administration, and teleradiology workflow management and monitoring.
Our ROC agents are very well trained on dealing with all radiology modalities and basics of radiology imaging sequences. The ROC agent reviews all the images sent to the PACS and matches them with the faxed request sheet to make sure that both patient information and study information are matching before assigning the study to radiologist. The ROC agent is also responsible for cases trafficking and assignment to radiologists according to their licensing, subspecialty expertise and availability.
The ROC agent is responsible for continuous monitoring of the system to make sure that all cases are read and reports are distributed within the required TAT.
